Changes to Occupancy Policy

AT&T is offering low-cost wireline home internet service to qualifying households:

- with at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and

- With an address in AT&T's 21-state service area (Texas is one of the 21 states.)

- Without outstanding debt for AT&T fixed internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.

Service availability and speed may vary by address.  AT&T will assign you the fastest of these speed tiers available where you live:
- 10 megabits per second, for $10 per month plus tax
- 5 megabits per second, for $10 per month plus tax
- 3 megabits per second, for $5 per month plus tax

Online Rent Payment

To pay your rent online, you will need the Tenant number assigned.  Call the office to get this number.

Go to the website:

Click [Pay your rent] to get started.

Enter your tenant number and your last name.

You will be prompted to create a user name and password.

If you need assistance setting up your account, contact at 855-979-0770.

Once completed, you can pay your rent online using a debit or credit card - 24 hours a day.

New Call-Back Number for the Information Broadcast System

Effective immediately the new call-back number for the
Information Broadcast System is 1-866-419-5001.
There will be no change to the way you currently receive
phone and/or email notifications.  When you see this number displayed on your caller I.D., you will know the call is
from us so save this number in your contacts.  If you
would like to hear the last message delivered to your
phone, you can dial that number back.
